The Deity Collection
The Deity Collection draws on ancient Egyptian and Nubian symbolism and motif. It is in this region of Northeast Africa that we see the first emergence of iconic animal motifs employed in brilliant productions of the decorative arts. Regal animal totems, particularly cobras, snakes and lions have since been incorporated and disseminated across various cultures, artistic movements and mythologies worldwide. The Deity Collection is a carefully designed homage; each piece when worn serves as a reminder of the powerful attributes that lie within us.
